Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vaidora is operated by Vaidora Health Tech, based in India. We connect you with Ayurvedic practitioners registered under the relevant Indian councils for consultations conducted online.

2. What the service is

We provide a platform for booking and holding an online consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner, and for receiving the plan they prepare for you. The practitioner exercises their own clinical judgement; Vaidora does not direct or override it.

Consultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. A practitioner may decline to advise remotely and ask you to be seen in person. That is a clinical decision and we support it.

3. What the service is not

• It is not emergency or urgent care.
• It does not replace in-person examination where that is needed.
• It is not a substitute for treatment you are already receiving from another doctor.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice. Advice comes only from a practitioner, during or after a consultation with you.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information about your health, symptoms, medicines and history. A plan built on incomplete information can be wrong.
• Tell your practitioner about every medicine and supplement you take, including allopathic ones.
• You must be 18 or older to book for yourself. For a minor, a parent or guardian must book and be present.
• Do not share your account access or a prescription issued to you with anyone else.

5. Booking, payment and pricing

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in Indian Rupees. Payment is processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card or UPI details. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Slots are held briefly while you complete payment. If you do not finish in time, the slot is released to someone else.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full on our refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Prescriptions and medicines

A prescription is issued by the practitioner who saw you, carries their registration number, and is for you alone. Follow the dosage given. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop and contact us or a doctor immediately.

8. Your data

Health data is sensitive personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. How we collect, store, use and delete it is set out in our privacy policy. You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Appointments may occasionally need to be rescheduled — if we cancel, you are offered another slot or a full refund.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes will be notified by email to patients with an active plan.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
