Your account
You can see your upcoming consultations, cancel, and download prescriptions yourself from your patient account — no need to message us for those.
Clinical questions
We cannot answer medical questions over WhatsApp or email. Ayurvedic advice comes from a registered practitioner who has taken your history — that is what a consultation is for. If you are already a patient and something has changed, tell us and we will get your practitioner to advise.
Your data
To request a copy of your data, correct something, or have it deleted, email us from the address on your record. We handle these within 30 days as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our privacy policy.
Business hours
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST. Messages outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
