🚫 Fish / Meat + Milk
Ayurveda treats fish as heating and milk as cooling, and advises against taking them together.
🚫 Melons Eaten with Any Other Food
"Eat melons alone or leave them alone" is a common Ayurvedic saying: melons are thought to digest quickly, so they are best eaten on their own.
