Before you book from outside India
Our doctors are qualified and registered in India, not in your country. A consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance, not a medical diagnosis or treatment under local law. Keep your own doctor involved, don't stop any prescribed medicine, and for anything urgent call your local emergency number.
Common questions
Are your doctors licensed in my country?
No. Our doctors are BAMS-qualified and registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India, and are not licensed to practise medicine in other countries. A consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside, not instead of, care from a locally licensed doctor.
How do I pay from abroad?
Once a time is agreed on WhatsApp, we share how to pay in your currency. You don't pay anything before a slot is confirmed.
Which languages are consultations in?
English or Hindi.
Do you send medicines abroad?
No. Your doctor names anything they suggest, so you can buy it locally from a pharmacy or reputable retailer if it is legal and appropriate where you live. Please check any product with your own doctor or pharmacist first.
