Before you book from Australia

Our doctors are BAMS-qualified and registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not registered with AHPRA, and Vaidora is not an Australian health-care provider. A consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside your own doctor, not instead of them. Please don't stop any prescribed medicine, and for anything urgent call 000.

Built around where you live

Ayurveda around Australian heat and sun

Hot summers, strong sun and outdoor lifestyles are part of what an Ayurvedic doctor considers when looking at skin, hair, digestion and sleep. Your plan is built around food you can buy locally.

How a consultation from Australia works

  1. 01

    Message us

Tell us what's going on and which days and times suit you. We confirm a slot in your time zone and share how to pay in AUD.

  2. 02

    Video consultation

A private 30-minute Google Meet call. Your doctor goes through your symptoms, history, diet, sleep and any medicines.

  3. 03

    Your written plan

Diet and routine guidance sent on WhatsApp after the call, with follow-up questions answered there too.

If your doctor suggests an herbal product

In Australia, look for an AUST L or AUST R number on complementary medicines, which shows they are on the TGA's register. Check any product with your GP or pharmacist before taking it.

You are never obliged to buy anything. We do not ship medicines outside India, and we don't sell proprietary kits.

Questions from Australia

Are your doctors licensed in Australia?

No. Our doctors hold BAMS degrees and are registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not licensed to practise medicine in Australia, so a consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside care from your GP, not instead of it.

What does a consultation cost?

AU$6 for a 30-minute first video consultation. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You pay once a time has been agreed with you.

What times are available?

India is only a few hours behind eastern Australia, so afternoon and evening slots in your time are easy to arrange. You'll receive a Google Meet link when you book.
