Before you book from Germany or elsewhere in Europe
Our doctors are BAMS-qualified and registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not licensed as physicians (Approbation) or as Heilpraktiker in Germany, or licensed to practise in any other European country, and Vaidora is not a European health-care provider. A consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside your own doctor, not instead of them. Please don't stop any prescribed medicine, and for anything urgent call 112.

India runs on one time zone (IST, UTC+5:30) and does not change its clocks. Tell us the days and times that suit you and we confirm a slot in your own time zone.

A private 30-minute Google Meet call. Your doctor goes through your symptoms, history, diet, sleep and any medicines.

Diet and routine guidance sent on WhatsApp after the call, with follow-up questions answered there too.
If your doctor suggests an herbal product
In the EU, herbal products may be sold as food supplements or as medicines, with different rules. Buy from a pharmacy (Apotheke) or reputable retailer, and check any product with your doctor or pharmacist before taking it.
You are never obliged to buy anything. We do not ship medicines outside India, and we don't sell proprietary kits.

Are your doctors licensed in Germany or elsewhere in the EU?
No. Our doctors hold BAMS degrees and are registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not licensed to practise medicine in Germany or elsewhere in the EU, so a consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside care from your own doctor, not instead of it.
What does a consultation cost?
€4 for a 30-minute first video consultation. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You pay once a time has been agreed with you.
Is the consultation in German?
Consultations are held in English (or Hindi). Please let us know if you would like to bring someone to help translate.
