Honest about video

What an online consultation can and can't do

Your doctor can

  • Go through your history, symptoms, routine and medicines
  • Read reports and scans you share
  • Look at your tongue, skin, scalp or posture on camera
  • Write you a plan and follow up on WhatsApp

Not possible online

  • Take your pulse (nadi pariksha) or examine by touch
  • Run tests — your doctor may ask you to get them locally
  • Handle emergencies — call 112

What people consult us about

Common questions

Can I consult an Ayurvedic doctor online from anywhere in India?

Yes. Consultations are by video, so all you need is a phone or laptop with a reasonable internet connection. Vaidora has no physical clinic; every consultation is online.

What can an Ayurvedic doctor assess over video?

Your history, symptoms, diet, sleep, stress and current medicines, your reports, and what can be seen on camera — tongue, skin, scalp, posture. Pulse examination (nadi pariksha) and anything that needs touch cannot be done online; if your doctor needs them, they will say so.

How much does it cost?

₹199 for a 30-minute first consultation, with a written plan afterwards. There is no subscription, and you pay once a time has been agreed.

Who are the doctors?

Dr. Sachin Mundada (BAMS, KARD) and Dr. Meghna Mundada (BAMS, D. Yoga), each with 25 years in practice. BAMS is a 5.5-year degree in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery; it is not an MBBS degree.

Do I have to buy medicines from Vaidora?

No. Your plan names anything suggested so you can buy it from a licensed pharmacy you trust. Some treatment packages include medicines if you would rather not source them yourself.

Not for emergencies — call 112. Consultations work alongside your existing medical care, and our doctors never ask you to stop a medicine another doctor prescribed. Medical disclaimer.
