Before you book from the UAE or the Gulf

Our doctors are BAMS-qualified and registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not licensed by the DHA, the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi or MOHAP, or by health authorities elsewhere in the Gulf, and Vaidora is not a licensed telehealth provider in the UAE. A consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside your own doctor, not instead of them. Please don't stop any prescribed medicine, and for anything urgent call 999.

Built around where you live

Ayurveda around Gulf heat and air-conditioning

Intense summer heat, long hours in air-conditioning and desalinated water are things an Ayurvedic doctor asks about when looking at hair, skin, digestion and sleep.

If your doctor suggests an herbal product

Buy herbal products from a licensed pharmacy, and check any product with your doctor or pharmacist before taking it.

You are never obliged to buy anything. We do not ship medicines outside India, and we don't sell proprietary kits.

Questions from the UAE or the Gulf

Are your doctors licensed in the UAE or elsewhere in the Gulf?

No. Our doctors hold BAMS degrees and are registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not licensed to practise medicine in the UAE or elsewhere in the Gulf, so a consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside care from your own doctor, not instead of it.

What does a consultation cost?

15 AED for a 30-minute first video consultation. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You pay once a time has been agreed with you.

Can I have the consultation in Hindi?

Yes — consultations are available in English or Hindi.

What is the time difference with India?

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat: India is 1½ hours ahead, all year. Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain: India is 2½ hours ahead, all year. Tell us what suits you and we confirm a time in your zone.

Consultations are online, so they work the same wherever you are — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Doha, Muscat, Riyadh, Kuwait City, Bahrain or anywhere else in the UAE or the Gulf.
