Questions about the fee
Is it really ₹199, with nothing added?
Yes. ₹199 is the whole price of the first consultation. There is no registration or platform fee and no subscription, and you are not asked to buy a product. You pay once a time has been agreed with you.
Is the doctor qualified?
Yes. Consultations are with Dr. Sachin Mundada (BAMS, KARD) or Dr. Meghna Mundada (BAMS, D. Yoga), each with 25 years in practice. BAMS is a 5.5-year degree in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery; it is not an MBBS degree.
What can the doctor assess over video?
Your history, symptoms, routine and medicines, any reports you share, and what can be seen on camera, such as your tongue, skin or scalp. Pulse examination and anything that needs touch cannot be done online.
I was looking for a doctor under ₹299 or ₹500 — is ₹199 the same consultation?
There is only one consultation, and it is ₹199: 30 minutes with a BAMS-qualified doctor and a written plan afterwards.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund or a free reschedule. The refund policy sets out the rest, including what happens if we have to cancel.
