Before you book from Canada
Our doctors are BAMS-qualified and registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not licensed by any provincial or territorial college of physicians, and Vaidora is not a Canadian health-care provider. A consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside your own doctor, not instead of them. Please don't stop any prescribed medicine, and for anything urgent call 911.

Built around where you live
Ayurveda through a Canadian winter
Long, cold, dry winters and indoor heating affect skin, joints, digestion and sleep. Your doctor asks about the season you are in and builds a plan around food available where you live.
How a consultation from Canada works
- 01
Message us
Tell us what's going on and which days and times suit you. We confirm a slot in your time zone and share how to pay in CAD.
- 02

A private 30-minute Google Meet call. Your doctor goes through your symptoms, history, diet, sleep and any medicines.
- 03
Your written plan
Diet and routine guidance sent on WhatsApp after the call, with follow-up questions answered there too.
If your doctor suggests an herbal product
In Canada, natural health products should carry an eight-digit Natural Product Number (NPN) from Health Canada. Check any product with your doctor or pharmacist before taking it.
You are never obliged to buy anything. We do not ship medicines outside India, and we don't sell proprietary kits.
Questions from Canada
Are your doctors licensed in Canada?
No. Our doctors hold BAMS degrees and are registered as Ayurvedic practitioners in India. They are not licensed to practise medicine in Canada, so a consultation is Ayurvedic wellness guidance — diet, routine and lifestyle — to use alongside care from your family doctor, not instead of it.
What does a consultation cost?
CA$5.50 for a 30-minute first video consultation. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You pay once a time has been agreed with you.
Which time zones do you cover?
We offer slots across Pacific to Atlantic time. Tell us what suits you when you book, and you'll receive a Google Meet link.
