Acne & skin
Acne that keeps returning is often linked to more than skin care — diet, digestion, hormones, stress and sleep can all play a part. An Ayurvedic doctor looks at the whole pattern and writes a plan you can follow alongside your current skin care.

Ayurveda usually describes inflamed, recurring acne in terms of Pitta (heat) affecting the blood tissue (Rakta dhatu), often alongside digestion. Your doctor looks at your constitution, diet and routine to decide what to change.
Food matters in every Ayurvedic plan. See the pitta diet chart.
